In a city like New York, it can be easy to get caught up in our own stories, pouring our energy into daily survival and personal growth. As followers of Jesus, we delight in opportunities to step out of our individual lives to connect with others in meaningful relationships that overflow into tangible love and service to our communities. We connect through regular parish rhythms of meeting together, online communities, and acts of service and renewal.

Financial Stewardship Small Group
Mondays| 7:30pm- 9:00pm | Starting October 2nd in Harlem
Led by Steven McNeilly and Lisa Calfas
We will be exploring what the bible stays about money, how it is an integral part of our discipleship, and practical ways to live this out in NYC. This small group will meet weekly on Monday evenings from 7:30-9pm at a home in Harlem starting on October 2nd and ending December 11th. As we will be supporting, equipping, and empowering each other along this journey, it is important for participants to not miss more than two meetings. Please email Lisa Calfas and Steven McNeilly for more info.
Women's Prayer Small Group
Thursdays | 7:00-8:30pm | Held in North Chelsea
Led by Jenny Wang Huang
This prayer group will meet twice a month to seek God through prayer. We will be meditating on and praying through the Psalms, with a focus on understanding and learning more about God and letting that inform and shape our intercession. We will meet on Thursday nights from 7:00-8:30 pm at a home in north Chelsea. Please email Jenny Wang Huang for more information on the dates and location.
Marrieds Service Group
Every 3 weeks | Starting October 13th weekend | Location TBD
Led by Nathanael Mahaffey and Ariel Woodiwiss
This marrieds group is a chance for couples in the TGC community to get to know each other, serve the larger TGC body and volunteer within the NYC community. Every three weeks we will dedicate a time and place to serve as a group and then connect as family, seeking God through volunteer service and community. We will be meeting up for a pre-determined service task in the Manhattan area, with a focus on serving the TGC community and the NYC community at large through group volunteer assignments following with a hosted meal. In doing so, we will strive to deepen our faith and our connection to the church body, the city and God. Please email Nate and Ariel for more info.

Our Online Community
Join our online community on Facebook and Google Groups to meet others within the church, share prayer requests, and address practical physical needs.
We encourage you to treat this like an online community bulletin board.
We have a conviction that the Creator God is at work to heal and remake the whole world. Our own lives are a part of that renewal project and God invites us to join in with Him in the ongoing work of making all things new. To follow Jesus and join Him in His mission is to become agents of renewal in our neighborhoods, industries and our city as a whole.
At Trinity Grace Chelsea, we place a significant value on church being family. One way that plays out is through our members and attenders participating in service in a variety of ways, whether they are helping set up a Sunday gathering or meeting a need in their own neighborhood.
Sunday services are beautiful times for gathering and worship. They also require quite a few volunteers to help on several different teams. Each team is flexible for you to serve as much as you have time to serve or on a rotational, once a month basis. Please contact the following people for more information and to sign up for a position.
